10-Year Warranty on Mango Power E CATL Battery Cells: We offer a generous 10-year warranty on the Mango Power E’s CATL battery cells. If the battery experiences any issues due to manufacturing defects within this period, and it is used and stored under normal conditions, we will repair it at no cost to you.
Please Note: The Battery Management System (BMS) circuit board and LED light board inside the battery are covered by a 5-year warranty.
5-Year Warranty on All Other Components: All other electronic and physical components of the Mango Power E are covered by a 5-year warranty. This guarantees they are free from defects in materials or workmanship from the date of your purchase, so you can enjoy your product with confidence.
Mango E Accessories: Accessories such as the mSocket Pro and the 200W solar move are backed by a 12-month warranty, covering any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Warranty Start Date: The warranty begins on the day of delivery or 30 days after the purchase date, if the delivery date cannot be confirmed.
